By accessing or using Hey Pickle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Hey Pickle is a pickleball game scheduling and coordination platform. We help players organize games, manage groups, and coordinate court availability through our web application and SMS notifications.

User Accounts

To use Hey Pickle, you must:

• Provide a valid phone number
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not share your account with others

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Hey Pickle including:

• Account verification codes
• Game invitations and confirmations
• Game reminders and schedule changes
• Group notifications

Message frequency varies based on your game activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass other users
• Provide false information
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the service

Limitation of Liability

Hey Pickle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Missed games due to notification failures
• Disputes between players
• Court availability or reservations
• Any damages arising from use of the service

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
